SAC — Support Center

Open a support ticket directly from your Virtus Cloud dashboard. The SAC (Customer Service) system is the recommended channel for account, billing, and technical issues that require the team’s direct attention.

Discord Community

Join the official Virtus Cloud Discord server to get real-time help from the support team and the broader community. Ideal for quick questions, troubleshooting, and announcements.

WhatsApp

Reach the support team on WhatsApp for direct, conversational assistance. Best for straightforward questions that need a quick back-and-forth response.

Telegram
